The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has called on the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammed to quit the office without delay.

Why should he quit, and what is his fault? As most senior justice after Onnoghen, he is the rightful person to take over. There can’t be a vacuum. You’re only trying to terrorise a very decent man by politicising this issue. Is Onnoghen a PDP member? Justice Tanko is apolitical.
