Section 292 of the Nig constitution only talks of removal and not suspension. Section 318(4):talks of interpretation of the constitution. 11(1)b talks of REMOVAL or SUSPENSION and 18(3) of Interpretation Act, Says that Removal and suspension are not the same thing for d word “or”

I believe that anyone using the Twitter is a bit educated. Ordinary Nigerians can read the Constitution and understand it. So please grab a copy or google Nigerian constitution 2010 pdf. And. Interpretation Act LFN 2004 pdf. Read and answer to yourselves
