After convincing the court that he needed bail because he had a child and wife to take care of, the suspected fraudster Faith Nketsi's husband, Nzuzo Njilo, was granted R30 000 by the Port Shepstone Magistrates’ Court on Friday

Njilo and his co-accused, Kwanda Ntshangase, who was granted R3 000 bail, appeared in court on Friday, following their arrests in connection with allegations that they fraudulently posed as salesmen who were selling a truck, and illegally took money from an unsuspecting buyer. It was revealed in court that the money was transferred into Njilo’s account.Nketsi's husband has another pending fraud case in Johannesburg.

This after the owners of Lund Industries, Blaine Evans and James Stephens, opened a case of fraud against him for an outstanding debt of close to R1 million, citing that they paid him for copper concentrate, which he never delivered in August last year.Njilo's lawyer, Ofentse Nkgwang, told City Press that the controversial businessman was set to appear in Randburg, Johannesburg, on May 19.
