, handing a defeat to dozens of state attorneys general who sought to undo the Facebook parent’s acquisition of messaging platform WhatsApp and photo-sharing app Instagram.on Thursday, a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld a June 2021 ruling that dismissed the case.
