British MPs Seek to Reverse Mnangagwa Invitation to King Charles Coronation 263Chat: Zimbabwe

President Mnangagwa was last week invited to the coronation set for May 6, 2023 at Westminster Abbey and will form part of a long list of international dignitaries expected at the ceremonial home of Britain's monarchy.

"We urge you to reconsider the government's advice to Buckingham Palace on the invitation of President Mnangagwa to the Coronation, in the light of the grave political and human rights situation in Zimbabwe. They said by accepting President Mnangagwa, it will imply that the UK government is endorsing political violence and repression.
