ST. PETERSBURG, Florida — A Florida man who reportedly is a member of the MS-13 gang is facing multiple charges after police say he killed an Uber Eats driver making a delivery to his home, then dismembered the victim and put the body parts in garbage bags.
“This was a horrific crime of passion,” Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said in a news conference. “This was demonic. What he did was demonic. At about 6:45 p.m., Cooke texted his wife saying he was about to make his final delivery and would head home,. Cooke’s wife was unable to contact him after that and contacted the sheriff’s office the next morning, reports say.
