Duping delight rides again

Interesting case. Amanda Knox being held in suspicion, is also the darling of the jury and the bench. Even of the attorney.

All of a sudden that playboy spread offer seems white collar in comparison to this dismissive “award”

To little, to late. This black did it - Maybe she was stupid (to bring him home) but thats no crime

Anytime someone is wrongfully accused and jailed...they should get that for every year they spent. But who would pay it?

Only 20K?

Italy Ordered To Pay Damages To Amanda KnoxThe European Court of Human Rights ordered the country to pay Knox nearly $21,000 for failing to provide legal assistance and a translator when police initially questioned her in a 2007 murder case. Hurrah. A sliver of justice, but shame on the police and courts of Italy for arresting her. Was the murder charge resolved? I guess it’s nice she’s getting money but $21,000 is not a lot if you ended up going to prison for 4 years

Europe court orders Italy to pay damages to Amanda KnoxMILAN (AP) — Europe's human rights court on Thursday ordered Italy to pay Amanda Knox financial damages for police failure to provide legal assistance and a translator during a long night of questioning following the Nov. 1, 2007 murder of her British roommate. But the court said there was insufficient evidence to support claims of psychological and physical mistreatment at the hands of police. The European Human Rights Court in Strasbourg, France, said in its ruling that Italy hadn't succeeded in proving that 'the restriction of Ms. Knox's access to a lawyer ... had not irreparably undermined the fairness of the proceedings as a whole.' It ordered damages that Italy must pay Knox 18,400 euros ($20,000) in damages, costs and expenses. Wow. Excellent verdict! Perhaps she could use that money to pay the guy who sat in prison for three weeks because she said he was the killer?
