No it doesn't. It bans the teaching of sexual orientation and gender identity in the classroom. That includes the teaching of heterosexuality. Your headline is deliberately misleading to get people all riled up.
Important to note this bill explicitly bans any discussion on gender identity/sexual orientation and any discussion on sexuality outside of a reproductive context. So it's as explicit as it gets. Last year it was fairly open-ended. This isn't. It's a clear cut anti-LGBTQ ban.
