During court proceedings, Zuma’s lawyer Dali Mpofu said they had lodged a new application for the recusal of Downer. Zuma has accused Downer of being biased against him and allegedly leaking his private medical records.

Another case he is going to lose, eish the man is thick skinned

Courts need to tell us 'When is enough enough in appeals?',even if this constitution has to be ammendment or reviewed,something needs to be done,Zuma is abusing the Justice system and those that need justice on arms deal looting🐱

Will this trial ever go to trial?

He is playing games with our Justice system.

New judge set to take over as Zuma’s corruption trial resumes - SABC NewsThe fraud and corruption trial against former president Jacob Zuma and French arms manufacturer, Thales, is back at the Pietermaritzburg High Court today. I don’t think this case will ever be resolved Obviously the trail will just be another postponement, as the legal system of South Africa are manipulated by the anc's leadership. Why Downer should not recuse himself and someone else take over. This will help speed up the process.
