“I am working with Mr. Mantha to perfect the retainer,” Arial told Justice Gord Wong, as the accused appeared in court via closed-circuit TV from the Calgary Remand Centre.Arial, who also appeared in Calgary Court of Justice on Mantha’s behalf on Wednesday, said her client was experiencing the same difficulties then in getting phone access.
