In an order signed by Justice Samuel Alito, the court asked both sides to weigh in by Tuesday over whether lower court rulings restricting the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the drug, mifepristone, should be allowed to take effect while the case works its way through federal courts. The order suggests the court will decide that issue by late Wednesday.

Meanwhile the Supreme Court in US is still dealing with the aftermath of Roe v Wade. From 1973 to 2023. 50 years of .. Inventing the wheel, then breaking it & deciding to reinvent it, but then getting stuck over what should be the shape of the wheel. 😭

KelcieMMorris This is going to be a tough one for the majority of the Supreme Court. Do they side with big Pharma or the extreme right wing of the GOP, in which both own them

The Supreme Court could ban abortion but can't ban guns.
