A contractor renovating an apartment unit at 405 Sidney Street in Trenton
The MPP for residents of an apartment complex in Trenton, is telling them to not sign anything without a lawyer and to know their rights. On the Lorne Brooker Show Friday, Todd Smith discussed the renovictions at four apartment buildings on Sidney Street. Smith says although what the Mississauga company is doing is not illegal, they are preying on people.

In what condition is the building? Has it been renovated before? Maybe a complete renovation is needed so the building can last another generation? There's a difference between regular maintenance and replacing deteriorating infrastructure.
