Drug manufacturer Danco Laboratories asked the Supreme Court to preserve access to its abortion drug free from restrictions imposed by lower court rulings, while a legal fight continues.

Boxes of the drug mifepristone sit on a shelf at the West Alabama Women's Center in Tuscaloosa, Ala., March 16, 2022. A federal appeals court has ruled that the abortion pill mifepristone can still be used for now but reduced the period of pregnancy when the drug can be taken and said it could not be dispensed by mail.

Everyone for abortion should have been aborted themselves. What makes them acceptable? They really want a lot of dead babys. I wonder what they are using them for why they need so many.

The legal finding here is cogent. The FDA took 6000 days to address concerns presented in 2002, and further expanded use of the drug beyond its original scope. The rate of adverse reactions is concerning. It should never be given to someone who is 10 weeks and via the mail.

No.

Is that likely, considering the makeup of the SCOTUS? This group seems very biased and embraces religious and political views more than following the rule of law.

How many Americans are boots on ground in Ukraine? WW3

I can’t be alone in wanting all liberal women to abort their fetuses.

lol

Why do people not care that big pharma just pushed a drug through without going through the correct phases? All for money.

60,000,000 dead babies and counting.

Wade, a testament to the new rules and regulations that now vary from state to state. There were an average of 5,377 fewer abortions per month. That's well over 60 thousand lives saved over a 1 year period... We need to do more but thankful for that at least. That is what happens when you ban stuff. So bans do work.

What can the Supreme Court Dobbs decision tell us about abortion pill challenges? The Supreme Court could be roped back into an abortion dispute due to conflicting rulings in lower courts over the drug mifepristone, nearly a year after a leak paved the way for overturning Roe v. Wade. Who leaked the Dobbs decision. Get to work Roberts. How did the leak “pave the way” for Roe being overturned? That makes literally no sense. If anything it was an attempt to stop the inevitable. And how on earth don’t they know who did it to this day?
