Mkhwebane faces yet another legal loss

Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane appearing before an inquiry into her fitness to hold office.The Western Cape High Court has dismissed her latest bid towards the removal of the chairperson of her impeachment inquiry.READ:She claims he unduly favoured and colluded with evidence leaders and gave false information to the media during an interview.

Mkhwebane also wanted committee member Kevin Mileham recused. This is because he is married to DA MP Natasha Mazzone, who submitted the motion that led to the impeachment inquiry.
