South Africa’s newly amended employment equity bill is set to be legally challenged as trade union Solidarity and the Democratic Alliance prepare to head to court to have it overturned. Manipulating and entrenching the BEE program which is used to enrich themselves friends and families is the big bluff they have used for years to the detriment of the unemployed and the poor. This program is NOT for the people. It’s for them selves. Time for them to go.
