In his own ruling, Atedze William, the only member with dissenting judgement, held that the tribunal is a creation of the Nigerian constitution and the decision of the High Court is binding on the tribunal, as the tribunal cannot operate in isolation. Is it now a tussle for 'superiority' with our courts? If a court reject an order of a court and wish to continue, on whose authorities is he deriving his powers ,constitution or self believe. I laugh for my country. And Kano State of Assembly was quick to adhere to court ruling on Gandollar case. You guys should do the mathematics. I rest my case
