However, the three-judge panel determined that other parts of Kacsmaryk's ruling, which suspends changes the FDA later made to mifepristone's approved use and halts distribution of the drug by mail, could still go into effect at the end of the day Friday.

Don’t spread your legs and get pregs … problem solved

Heard some girl went sterile from taking too many. Oops

Why are only the right wing religious represented in laws anymore. Not ALL. Which that was a lie. White men never thought any others were equal or capable of making decisions.

Good luck with that. Did Barrett, Kavanaugh & Thomas recuse themselves?

Bring it on. Clarence Thomas enjoys crippling your dreams.

lol abortion is murder!

So the justice dpt likes death babys ? Wtf 😳

So this Garland guy turned out to be, you know... one of those.

Why do Democrats love infant Genocide?

The result so far with this litigation is making administering pill safer by providing close Dr. Supervision. FDA isn’t always right.

BadGarlandTakes As corrupt and Opus Dei-controlled as the Roberts Court is, I think they might strike down the Kacsmaryk ruling. The plaintiffs obviously had no standing. Separation of Powers obviously gives FDA authority in this matter.

Senate Dems want Justice Department probe on 'Tennessee Three'Sens. Chuck Schumer and Raphael Warnock are asking the DOJ to investigate whether the Tennessee Legislature's expulsion of two Black lawmakers violated civil rights law or the Constitution. Rep. Steven Horsford also requested one last week. Shocking how a standard application of the law becomes a civil rights inquiry, and Axios is there to uncritically take the Democrats side. I'm glad there are other sources of news. Lol so weird how this wasn't an issue when dems did it to a republican in Oregon in 2020. i guess when the only tool you have is a hammer right?

Supreme Court rulings give Oklahoma chance to form first religious charter schoolAn Oklahoma school board will decide Tuesday whether to approve the first publicly funded religious charter school in the United States, a move proponents say aligns with Supreme Court rulings empowering religious rights. I hope Oklahoma will lead the nation by giving parents more freedom in education so we can escape state indoctrination and give more choice to minority communities who have decent and reasonable beliefs that they would like respected at their school. More diversity more views.
