Huge win for Texas. The judge sides with the state which challenged the FDA on its ignoring of FDA policies, and won.

This action by 5th Circuit would still roll back mifepristone access, favor ideology & pseudoscience over facts, harm patients, & establish dangerous precedent of judges without scientific training overriding FDA expertise. My thread on our amicus brief:

Why has abc completely ignored the ruling from US 9th Circuit Court Judge Thomas Rice that the FDA maintain its approval for mifepristone for at least 17 states + DC? Judge Rice's decisions have every bit the legal weight that the radical right-wing Trump appointed 'judge' has.

Why does abc treat the 'decision' from the radical right-wing Judge from TX like it's now law? Since when does the judiciary have authority to override the FDA's review and approval process for medications?

Why only partially?
