NEW: Federal appeals court partially blocks Texas abortion pill ruling

ItWasACoup This 5th Circuit ruling definitely going to be appealed to the SCOTUS. It accepted the bullshit standing argument, and was willing to join Kacsmaryk in second-guess the FDA.
