Trump lawyer seeks monthlong delay in trial over rape claimAn attorney for Donald Trump is seeking a one-month delay in the trial regarding a columnist's claims that Trump raped her in a department store dressing room in the 1990s, contending that his client's right to a fair trial depends on a 'cooling off' period following the former president's indictment and arraignment. They are trying to bog him down with BS frivolous lawsuits that they will lose because it keeps pulls him away from holding rallies and campaigning. They should at least let him deal with one court case at a time, a month long delay ain't that bad. Sorry, Charlie. That can is not being kicked down the road.
