Justice O. F. Enenmo of Kwale High Court, Delta State, has sentenced a 40-year- old man, Olawale Ayeni, to 10 years imprisonment with hard labour for sexually assaulting a married woman.Justice O. F. The prosecution led by Deputy Director in the state’s Ministry of Justice, Mrs. Ejovwokwe Arhuere Oghorodje, told the court that the convict had carnal knowledge of the married woman without her consent on July 11, 2020, at Irri, in Isoko South Local Council of the state. According to her, the only thing she could remember thereafter was seeing herself seated in the Ayeni’s house.
He stated that on July 8, 2020, she came to his house and requested him to prepare medicine that she will use to defraud men.
