Well that decision pretty much squashes all the lawsuits. It's not a blanket banning all transgender applicants. I think it just means the applicants who wish to have surgery and have the government pay for it.

Those supporting this policy never had a transgender employee/s. I have had multiple in the last few years. No matter how good an employee they were, they had mood swings, drug addiction, and irrational behavioral issues. It all depended on what hormones they injected that day.
