THE HIGH COURT has declined to entertain an application for an inquiry into the legality of law student Simeon Burke’s detention.
Ms Burke, a qualified solicitor, disputed the judge’s findings, and said that an application for an inquiry can be made on behalf of a prisoner by a third party such as a family member. It is also alleged that he was wrongfully arrested, has been fundamentally denied justice and that the warrant detaining him in prison is also flawed.
Matters that had been raised before him by Ms Burke he added were matters for the trial before the District Court.
Woke Gardai ganging up real brave on one young lad and still complaining about it. Pathetic
The Burke's are awful dopes. Almost as dim as those supporting him.
Self righteous gombeen deserves all he gets. This family would do well in the DUP
Aww. Poor Simeon needs to contact the imaginary cloud people and teach those pesky Judges a lesson.
Fair play to this family. Their tactics maybe unusual, but I'm loving anyone standing up to wokeness and debauchery. Politicians or judiciary. This country is now a cesspit.
They want to take everyone who doesn’t agree w their religious beliefs to court, and who’s paying for all of this , the taxpayers, the judges are right, none of that family are employable!!
All this because a man harassed a woman in front of much so other adults had to intervene.Great to see the courts not allowing themselves to be harassed.
The judge should be sacked, another freemason who denies Irishmen their God given freedom and right. Its law not legal.
Take it was illegal so
Whether you agree or disagree with the Burkes, the Political interference in the Judiciary is very obvious and gets more obvious every time they are in the Kangaroo Courts
The burkes will end up in the EU courts and win. Fair play to them. Never back down
