The dueling abortion rulings out of Texas and Washington state could ultimately end up in front of the Supreme Court. The Biden admin is now asking a judge to clarify how the government is supposed to comply in light of the conflict.

Dear Doctor, You're wrong, because I said so. Sincerely, A Court

Has a supreme court never made a black and white yes or no answer out of any of these debates about abortion? Because it's sure getting annoying seeing this come up over and over and over. While other cases can't be seen even once.

Who will win: billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies, or sex-hating, anti-abortion conservative scolds who think they're doing God's work when, really, they're just being self-righteous jerks? Since GOP-ers are probably pissed about big pharma donations to Democrats, who knows.

If I’m the Biden Administration I’m treating it like a states rights issue the Texas ruling stands in Texas and the Washington state ruling should ultimately stand in Washington.

So one Texas judge can make a decision concerning medication that the FDA approved years ago? I think he needs to get back in his lane. He’s not qualified to make such a call SMH

Someone might want to check the other 5 Republican appointed Justices.
