The Jigawa State Judicial Service Commission has sacked Justice Safiyanu Muhammad Dabi of the Upper Shari’a Court, Birnin Kudu for collecting a bribe of Fifty Thousand Naira from a litigant.

He said the judge collected the sum of N50,000 as a bribe when the litigant appeared before him when he was at Upper Shari’a Court, Birnin Kudu.
