EU citizens have to *APPLY* for permission to stay in their homes, for which they'll have to surrender their right to privacy, in clear breach of Data Protection Act. We are doomed. Even the Guardian gets it wrong. EU/EEA and Swiss citizens have to apply for SettledStatus and it is not guaranteed that the application is successful. A registration is different, i.e. you can't be denied.
