Protect the landlords against bad tenants. Then you won't have to worry about renovictions. And why shouldn't the landlord charge for AC? Who is going to pay for that extra electricity usage and the damage to windows and walls? These commie laws don't help anyone

First of all we have no watchdog seeing if they’re doing renovations period. Put a new sink in and you can raise the rent to whatever level they want. fordnation is a POS criminal.

Look at who owns the buildings and connections to political interests.

will they pay to install air conditioning in my house? or will I just be paying for other's comfort?

Give the landlords right to evict in 48 hours after missed payment.
