Even though the towers are gone, the legacy of the World Trade Center and the people who died on 9/11 lives on — as do the efforts to get justice for these attacks. Ammar al-Baluchi is named in the charges as Abd al Aziz Ali. As suspect number four, he stands accused of providing money transfers to hijackers.
