"As judges, we have a unique responsibility to interpret and apply the law in a manner that promotes environmental sustainability, social equity, and inter generational justice," she said.highlighted the risks to human health by some key industries."Extractive companies have also been linked to various health and planetary harms. Air and water pollution, environmental degradation, fatalities, silicosis, and noise-induced hearing loss are just a few examples of these harms.
