Not gonna lie bought a under face value ticket from viagogo this week that was fake. Got it refunded and a voucher code. I bought a ticket from a tout for 5 pounds less on the night and got in. If you play it savvy viagogo is alright.

The whole system is a rip off. If you buy tickets from the event, the price should include all fees and be all you pay and the tickets should be returnable so that they can be re sold by the venue only. Any ticket not bought from a box office should be invalid.

Think people should just employ a bit of common sense and realise that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...if you can’t get a ticket from the usual sites, don’t bother.

Venues Promoters and Bands need to boycott Viagogo
Why on earth are people still using them? They extort buyers beyond belief. Cricket World Cup tickets and 6 Nations rugby tickets are selling on Viagogo for £1000 +... stop buying of them, simple. Avoid extortion and disappointment with tickets that aren’t guaranteed
Prosecute it and prosecute the directors personally
