A person familiar with the criminal code reads this, me, and wonders, did ANY of the male judges on the east coast even go to law school? Her story was less credible because she was 'controlled' in her testimony? When Appellate overturns this maybe she can get justice.

Becauseshe prepared for it she cant be trusted? Because she focused on strong evidence? This must be why no one trusts lawyers. Or judges.
