Dr Maria Fadaka, a prosecution witness at the ongoing trial of Pastor Chris Mcdouglas for defilement, yesterday, told a Lagos Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court, that medical examination carried out on 17-year-old member of Peculiar Generation Assembly Church, Lagos, showed forceful and repeated vagina penetration.
Led in evidence by the Director of Public Prosecution , Dr. Babajide Martins, she told the court that the survivor, presented herself for medical examination on May 12, 2020, a week after sexual intercourse with the defendant. After her testimony, the DPP tendered a copy of the medical report dated May 14, 2020, and it was admitted in evidence without objection from the defence counsel, Mr. Suleiman Salami
The doctor said that the survivor did not mention to her that she was defiled through the anus, while there was no DNA test carried out to ascertain that the defendant committed the alleged offences.
