The Supreme Court has reaffirmed Mr. Edozie Njoku, as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). INDEPENDENT reports that the court made the pronouncement on Friday in a judgement on an application by Mr. Njoku, wherein he sought the regularisation of the amended judgment delivered on May 9, 2022, by Justice Mary Peter Odili.

It was gathered that the slip which was corrected by the court has restored Njoku as the authentic National Chairman of APGA.
