A 43-year-old man, Abubakar Amodu, on Monday appeared before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing goods worth N94million.

The defendant, a driver who resides at 4 Monach-nud St., Lumac Junction, Satellite, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, is charged with conspiracy and stealing.

Akeem said that the defendant and one other person at large were to deliver a 40-feet container of 920 bags of Soya beans, valued, N28 million, to one of their customers outside Lagos. Akeem said that the 40-feet container, valued at N8 million and the goods inside, valued at N28 million, belonged to Blessmike Integrated Service Limited.
