That's easy when Barr was asked if he would released Mueller's report to Congress and he said the regulations don't permit that. it goes to the AG he reviews it and he writes the report to give to Congress but he did say he would make as much of it transparent as he could.

Yeah, these current day civil rights organizations are ineffective and whitewashed.
