However, with no armed body to enforce its warrants, the ICC has minimal power to arrest people and instead must rely on the security forces of member states.

This is nonsense. Dissolve the ICC. You can't pretend to be an honest broker when you are obviously doing the bidding of certain parties. Supernational organizations should all be dissolved, including the UN. National authority must be pre-eminent.
