PUTRAJAYA: Senior lawyer Hisyam Teh Poh Teik will now lead clerk Sam Ke Ting’s appeal in her conviction and sentence in the modified bicycle, or “basikal lajak”, case.Previously, the late former Federal Court judge Gopal Sri Ram was appointed to lead Sam’s defence team. He died on Jan 29.
