US truck driver in crash that killed Australian gets $US1000 fineNew York rubbish truck driver, who drank beer before the bicycle crash that killed Australian tourist Madison Lyden, has left court with $US1000 in fines. Truck had nothing to do with it just want to pin it on him because legally he is the only one you can charge because he only broke the law. Again the law is not justice. The Uber driver was the one that should have been charged. They're the one that caused the death. Time for civil action it is the USA.
