A Chicago man filed a class-action lawsuit against BWWings and lost in court after claiming false and misleading advertising by the chain. 'Our hamburgers contain no ham. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo,' the company jokingly tweeted.

Aimen Halim tried to sue the popular sports bar chain over the marketing of its boneless wings. He argued that"reasonable consumers are led to believe that the Products are actually boneless wings" in documents filed in the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois."In other words, that the Products are chicken wings that have simply been deboned, and as such, are comprised of entirely chicken wing meat.

But a judge wasn't buying it. The case was dismissed, and Buffalo Wild Wings followed up with a response on social media. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo."It’s true. Our boneless wings are all white meat chicken. Our hamburgers contain no ham. Our buffalo wings are 0% buffalo," the company tweeted. This isn't the first time Halim has unsuccessfully sued a major company. He reportedly has challenged brands such as Hefty over claims its"recycling bags" aren't actually recyclable. That case was dismissed as well.
