A Dutch man was convicted of removing his condom during sex without his partner's consent, in the first trial in the Netherlands for so-called 'stealthing.'

to remove a condom without obtaining verbal consent. But it didn't change the criminal code. Instead, it would amend the civil code so that a victim could sue the perpetrator for damages, including punitive damages.

In the case in Dordrecht, a 28-year-old man from Rotterdam was given a three-month suspended prison term - meaning he won't have to serve the sentence unless he commits another crime - and ordered to pay his victim 1,000 euros in damages. In a separate case, judges cleared a 25-year-old man after finding that he had not removed a condom at any time, but had instead failed to put one on in the heat of the moment.

The Netherlands has no specific law against"stealthing" but these were the first rulings on the practice, public broadcaster NOS said, adding that there had been similar rulings in countries including Germany, Switzerland and New Zealand. that found both men and women have been victims of stealthing.

Raw is law

It’s considered rape in some countries. Julian Assange was accused of stealthing in Sweden. That’s why he fled to England to avoid questioning, and ended up being holed up in the Ecuadorian embassy for almost a decade to evade extradition to Sweden.

Ok. Now do birth control.

🔹 ...'nothing like the real thing' ...Coca Cola.🙁°

Meanwhile you can “stealth” your partner with HIV in California and that’s perfectly fine.

Map of Hawaii incoming!

Another big story at CBS...😨

to feel it more ruvid

Remember when fornication was illegal?, Pepridge Faams remembas. Now jail females that lie about birth control.

If both agree on safety facility, and the man go beyond on self decision,he deserved to be convicted.

This is news, omg.

Wow so if you are having consented sex with your partner and the condom comes off it's considered punishment by law to be considered sex without consent? What if it accidentally came off, I mean seriously, next time don't have sex and be dumb and remove it.

Congrats to the Netherlands! Gotta start somewhere!

Ew this is horrendous. Not only risking transmission of STD’s but also gambling with their fertility. This should be considered rape 100%. And “stealthing” is a stupid term.

New way of going Dutch.

Wow, every college guy on earth is going to jail soon.
