Not an immigrant.(?) 84 years that's not enough Awful. Tragic. And the violent criminal was on probation when this occurred, had previous weapons and violence charges. Repeat offenders are a menace to society. They have no regard for anyone. But apologists still don’t like to punish them too harshly, it’s not “fair”.
