If anyone plans to kill a lot of innocent people, they should not be considered human anymore. Umm Terrorists gave up being human, when they kill innocent people! Send them to hell. Seems like, if someone has committed a crime and been sentenced to six years imprisonment,then they should have that time to consider whether they want to change their beliefs and behaviour rather than being stripped of citizenship.
