WASHINGTON — Paul Manafort, the former chairman of Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, has agreed to pay $3.15 million to settle a civil case filed by the Justice Department over undeclared foreign bank accounts.
A spokeswoman for the AP that the goal of the meeting for the reporters was to learn more about the FBI's investigation into Manafort. However she confirmed that reporters did ask whether officials were aware that Manafort had a storage locker.
