Panama's Supreme Court ruled that the ability to enter into a same-sex marriage is not a 'fundamental right' as gay rights supporters claim they are invisible in the country.

Alyssa Farah Griffin said that the GOP was on the "wrong side" of the same-sex marriage issue and that it should have been an easy vote in favor of the Respect for Marriage Act for House Republicans., saying that it is not a human right, closing the door to establishing the practice through judicial ruling.
