He's dancing to the tune of the corrupt.

NkemdiMary What about Buhari and burata the ariwas are up to something again

Let them follow due process or go to hell........

Truly nobody is above d law n l don't think any body will be against d government for prosecuting him if due process had been followed.Let us be wise enough the manners in which this case is been rushed shows there is something underground more than the case

Why should he be present in that illegal arraignment. Buhari and his cohorts wants to push the country into another civil war

FadaunsiAdeniyi Understandable. You don't reinforce illegality.

CCT lacks the jurisdiction to arraign the CJN. He can only be subject to investigation by the National Judicial Council first before being tried in any court of law.

BIAFRA HAS COME TO STAY. NIGERIANS ARW EVIL...

He can dodge all he can. At the right time, he will surely appear before the CCB. That his legal teams are already there shows the seriousness of this case. With all the noise they made I thought they would dare stay away from proceedings. The law is no respecter of persons.

Absence of the CJN was expected & the challenge of the jurisdiction of CCT to hear the case is never a surprise. But the questions are: Is the CJN not a public officer? Has he not cited oversight as the reason for not declaring his domiciliary acct? Is that reason tenable in law?

I hope when a common man misses court date, the same court would sign his warrant of arrest?

Where is that coward that is yet to address the nation when such developments occur? Not only does he lack integrity, he is a coward.

Of course he should.

Why attend an exercise in futility...
