A Florida lawmaker has proposed a bill that would require bloggers who write about Governor Ron DeSantis or other elected officials to register with the state or face fines

The legislation, proposed by State Sen.

— “if a blogger posts to a blog about an elected state officer and receives, or will receive, compensation for that post, the blogger must register with the appropriate office” within “5 days after the first post by the blogger which mentions an elected state officer.”It also requires that bloggers file monthly reports if a post is added to the blog.

It’s a shame no one seems to really know what a fascist is but they call names. Ron didn’t write the bill but using the same logic after Biden’s trove of documents strewn about unsecured it’s time to search every registered Democrat’s property just to see what we find.

Putin requires registering bloggers. Not surprised MAGA people would do what Russia did, since they love Russia so much politics

Make America Communist Now Only the GOPClownShow

Pretty sure that would be unconstitutional. Of course that doesn't matter these days. Politicians and law enforcement are like, 'Constitution? What Constitution?'

Bloggers are press now?

How about they use this legislative session to fix the Fcking homeowners insurance ! Who gives a 💩 about bloggers !

We aren't at risk of fascism forming in America. It's already here.

Such a silly LITTLE man.

Precautions for slander?

Remember America, if you vote for DeSantis in a Presidential election, this is the kind of fascist shit he wants to take national.
