Twelve people were injured and four executive townhomes destroyed in the blast. The explosion shattered windows and damaged doors more than 100 metres away on the west side of Tenth Line Road.In the days after the explosion, investigators had been trying to determine if the blast might have been fuelled by natural gas or propane since both energy sources were on the site where Minto Communities was on a development known as Avalon Vista.
