Bola Tinubu of the ruling party was declared the winner of the election in Africa's most populous nation on Wednesday. According to official results, Tinubu won 37% of the vote, compared with 29% for the main opposition candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and 25% for Obi, an outsider popular with young and educated urban voters.
The opposition parties said the vote had been rigged after new technology that the electoral commission had promised would make the process more transparent instead malfunctioned, eroding trust. "We won the election and we will prove it to Nigerians," Obi said during a news conference at a hotel in the capital Abuja, making his first public remarks since he cast his ballot on Saturday.
"The good and hardworking people of Nigeria have again been robbed by our supposed leaders," he said.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) promised Nigerians a free, fair and transparent elections but that was not the case. Nigerians experienced widespread corruption, rigging and violence to rob the Nigerian people off their votes. We are tired of the old order.

inecnigeria didn't keep to their words of transmitting results to IRev . Many Nigerians are furious with them over that . To us, as Youths of this country, PeterObi won that election squarely. So many malpractices took place during the election.

Peter Obi won the presidential elections in Nigeria because Nigerians came out across the country in mass to vote for him. The political establishment saw that they were about losing power the ‘people’s choice’, they (ruling party) started altering the election figures.

He should show you his certificate of return if he won then. He didn't win up to 24 States as required by Nigerian constitution, He also came 3rd in the popular vote with more than 2.5million votes behind Tinubu (the winner) and over 1.2million votes behind Atiku (2n place).

If Obi goes to court, which I will strongly advice him to, he will discover after the ruling that his votes would be reduced by more than half by the court, after the forensic examinations of the ballots majorly in his SE region.
