Robert Zeunert told a jury that any sexual activity was consensual and denied the allegation that he was a predator

He was on the organization’s board of governors, a position that he said he had to step aside from when the criminal allegations surfaced against him.

The woman testified that she was “very drunk” at the bar, but Zeunert said she didn’t appear to be intoxicated to him. He said the two of them engaged in conversation, and added he was attracted to her and found her to be a fun and intelligent woman. The woman testified that she woke up to find her pants and underwear removed and Zeunert performing oral sex on her. She said she did not consent to sex with him.
