The judge says Alun Titford ignored the dirt, smell and chaos - and the fact his daughter was not getting the care she needed. David Elias KC, the lawyer for Alun Titford, tells the court that Kaylea's parents had"struggled to cope... with meeting the needs of [their daughter] from birth".
